Renters pay a one-time booking fee of 5% of the first month's rent. After that, you pay your host directly each month — no ongoing platform fees.
How much does it cost to list my room?
Listing is completely free. HomeyShare charges hosts a 3% service fee only when a booking is confirmed.
What if something goes wrong after I move in?
Our support team is available 24/7. We also offer a HomeyShare Guarantee — if the room doesn't match the listing, we'll help you find alternative accommodation at no extra cost.
How long can I rent a room through HomeyShare?
Most listings are month-to-month with a minimum 30-day stay. Some hosts offer longer-term arrangements — filter by "Long-Term" in your search.
Can I meet the host before committing?
Absolutely. We encourage renters to schedule a walkthrough before signing. You can arrange this directly through our messaging system.
